It's the 10th day of Nanowrimo and I'm still ahead in my word count.
Mustn't jinx myself but I'm doing okay with my story. Again Hiveword has been a great help and I have learnt a lot from pbackwriter too (an actual multi-book author who has lots of learning guides and posts for those of us not quite there yet).
I remind myself constantly to keep writing every day, especially when competing in Nano. My problem, among the many, is that once I hit 50K I tend to lose focus on my story.
Maybe this year I will actually edit and fine tune a story into something publishable. What a nice dream.
Maybe this year will finally be different.
